The day Steve Jobs presented the first iPhone – level 1


On January 9, 2007, Steve Jobs shows the first iPhone in San Francisco.

The iPhone is a special phone. It has a lot of new things.

The iPhone has a very nice design. It has a big screen. People can control the phone when they touch the screen.

The iPhone is easy to use. People can call, listen to music and use the internet. It is also possible to download new applications.

People like the new iPhone very much.

The iPhone starts a new generation of mobile phones.

Difficult words: screen (the part of a phone with pictures), download (to take information from the internet to your phone), application (a piece of computer software which does some job).
